Coaching Program Agreement & Payment Terms


I understand that by enrolling in this nutrition and well-being coaching program, I am
committing to the full package and am financially responsible for the total cost—regardless of
whether I choose to complete all scheduled sessions.


Payment Methods:
Debit, credit, and FSA cards are accepted. A deposit is required to secure your coaching package
unless payment is made in full at the time of registration.


Billing & Payment Plans:
Billing begins on the date of program commitment, not the date of the first coaching call.

If a payment plan is selected, the package cost will be divided into equal automatic payments until
the full amount is paid.


Receipts & Communication:
You will receive an email receipt after each payment. If you wish to cancel or make changes to your services, a minimum of 30 days written notice is required.


Refund Policy:
I understand that once these terms are agreed upon, no refunds will be issued.


Cancellation Policy:
There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. Sessions missed without prior notice (via email) will be counted toward your total coaching package.

Privacy & Confidentiality Agreement
As a participant in Jana’s coaching programs—whether in a private 1:1 setting or a group
environment—your privacy is of the utmost importance and will be respected at all times.


● If you are enrolled in 1:1 coaching, all personal information you share, including but not
limited to lab results, health history, clinical data, and session notes, will remain strictly confidential. This information will only be used to support your care and will never be
disclosed to any third party without your written consent, unless required by law.


● If you are participating in a group coaching program, you agree to maintain the confidentiality of fellow group members. What is shared in the group stays in the group. This includes personal experiences, struggles, wins, and any sensitive topics discussed in live calls, chats, or community forums. Respecting the privacy of others is a
shared responsibility and key to maintaining a safe, supportive space.

Social Media & Publicity Agreement
To help inspire others and show the impact of her work, Jana may share client wins, progress, and feedback across social media platforms, emails, or promotional materials. However, your identity will always be protected.


● By participating in a coaching program, you agree that anonymous screenshots,testimonials, or general shout-outs may be shared publicly to highlight the transformation that occurs through this work.
● No full names, images, or identifying information will ever be used without your prior written consent.

If you would prefer that no part of your feedback or experience be used for promotional purposes, you may opt out at any time by emailing us directly.

45 Minute Clarity Session

1:1 Session with Coach Jana

 

This first call is designed to get to know one another, explore your goals, and see if we’re the right fit to work together. It’s a chance for me to learn more about your health history, current challenges, and what you’d like to achieve—while giving you a clear sense of how I can best support you.

During this session, we’ll also determine which coaching program is the best fit for your needs. I offer both 3-month and 6-month commitment options at varying investment levels, depending on how often we meet.

For Example:
For my 6-Month Coaching Program (most popular) – You can choose to meet bi-weekly or weekly. Your investment depends on the level of support and frequency we decide together works best for you. At this time my coaching packages range from $1400-3800 if paid in full or payment plan options of $275-650 per month. Or you can choose to join the Healthy Body Collective for $97 per month.

Please note: You are welcome to book an initial consult without purchasing a coaching package. However, because my focus is on helping you achieve true, lasting results, it’s important to understand that one call alone won’t get you where you want to go. Real change takes time, practice, and consistent support—and that’s exactly what my coaching packages are designed to provide.

When you choose a coaching package, your initial consult fee is waived. If you decide not to move forward with a package, the full consult investment applies

I have really been in a good pattern. Yay! I put a shirt on that I haven't worn in a while and it's looser! I also decided to weight myself. I can't quite remember what I weighed the last time but down around 5lbs or so. I just decided to be brave and to make peace with it. It really didn't hit me personally like it used to.
